Although we are thrilled to be hosting stays this fall, starting October 1 we will be getting the homes ready for winter. Therefore, outdoor equipment such as docks, hot tubs, grills and patio furniture will be unavailable.
Located at 32 Lovejoy Lane, Meredith, NH 03253, Property #332 is a pet-friendly waterfront beach-style ranch that can comfortably accommodate ten guests in its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as in its detached bunkhouse which includes a half-bath. Replete with a large living area, a brand-new boathouse which can house a 24’ boat, and a bunk house with three twin beds, this home is ideal for a Lakes Region getaway. Its abundant outdoor space allows guests to enjoy commanding views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is also conveniently located in proximity to Shep Brown’s boat basin and launch.
The vintage-style kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing meals for a crowd to be enjoyed al fresco at one of two tables on the deck, with seating for eight. There is also an indoor dining table with seating for six. Should your guests like to grill-out, #332 features a modern gas grill on the deck.
The spacious living room, with its wood burning fireplace and flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to gather at the end of a busy day on the lake. Enjoy the latest blockbuster while lounging on the cozy sofa and love-seat, which can collectively seat five. There is also a charming sitting room, with additional seating for eight.
Guests can retire for the night in one of three bedrooms in the main-house. The king-sized master bedroom offers plenty of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms include one with a queen bed which overlooks the lake and another off the main foyer with two twin bunk beds. The home also features a bunk-house off the garage with three twin beds and a half-bath.
A washer and dryer are also included.
